My issue with the Khole Kardashian Fiasco

Compliments and criticism are all ultimately based on some form of projection.

Billy Corgan

Live in your truth or not?

Do you deal with self-image issues? We’ve all had our fair share of not living up to the standards. This past week, reality star, Khloe Kardashian was forced to deal with the skeletons she tries to keep hidden from the world.

So, unfortunately, many of you know about the Kardashians. These reality stars are known for being problematic, cultural appropriators, and selfish. Their show ended, so I do not even know why they are still relevant, but I digress.

Khloe’s grandmother posted a picture of her unfiltered or edited. Which she was not intentionally trying to hurt her feelings. She was just proud of her. And straight away, social media attacked, not necessarily her body, but the hypocrisy.

Don’t Take Anything Personally. Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won’t be the victim of needless suffering. Don Miguel Ruiz

Area affected by it

Women have said the most malicious, disgusting things about me. But I know that when somebody comments about you, good or bad, it is 99 percent of the time their projection of how they feel about themselves. Paz de la Huerta

Here’s the Thing

Khloe is known for altering her photos so much that she looks like a different person in every picture. Don’t get me wrong, it’s fun to play with filters, but when you are altering your body to fit society’s standard of beauty.

Here is the Issue.

Khloe is projecting her self-hate, meanwhile, she is helping men upkeep these standards of beauty. She stays getting surgery and then posting about how hard she worked out to get that body. She and her sisters do that all the time. They even advertise flat tummy tea. What do you think little girls think when seeing that.

Seek Health alternatives to getting the body for you

Go to a dance class, or join a gym. Set goals for yourself. DO not go for a quick fix, to what you consider a long-term problem.

Healthy Eating for Healthy Life

The thing about the word diet is it has a negative connotation. Focus more on portions, so it doesn’t feel like a punishment.

Control Your Brain

Clear your mind of negative thoughts about your body please. Trust me, I know it’s hard, I’ve had an eating disorder.

One of the ways that people avoid taking responsibility for their role in their own pain is what I call the BPs – blame and projection. Iyanla Vanzant

The Victim Mindset

#2. There’s this culture where we celebrate people snapping back into shape a week after the birth, but I don’t want to be one of those people – I just want to enjoy Arabella. – Author: Rebecca Ferguson

The Trainers

Instead of owning up to the simple fact, the Khloe is the reason for her problems, she digs herself into a deeper hole. At this point, she and social media are her worse enemy.

In Conclusion

You reap what you sow. Khloe all you have to do is be true to yourself. You do not have to have the perfect body. You chose to do that and attacked others because you hated yourself. That is not okay. Honestly love, you need to seek help. So, you can take the steps to learn to love yourself. We can’t forget when you attacked Jordyn.
