What I ate today

Hey loves and welcome back to Joi’s Journey of Perception!

Although I do like to treat myself with cheat meals all the time, I’ve utilized my fitness trainer to the max. He literally knows my vision for my body and health. This means that I still allow myself, my favorite snacks and rest days. However,  I hope I can give you guys some meal advice and fitness tips. Just a little inspiration razzle-dazzle, though. Remember, everything will not work for everyone.

What I had today!

Lettuce Wrap Tacos

Lettuce Wrap Tacos

Romain Lettuce (Choice of lettuce that can hold filling)

1 lb of ground Turkey

1 medium onion

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp Chilli powder

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp garlic

1 tsp cilantro

1 tsp paprika

1 tbsp salt

1/4 cup water

Optional: Avocado, tomato

Let’s just say that my stomach is fulfilled and that I don’t feel terrible after eating my meals.
