Welcome back to Joi’s Journey of Perception. Today I want to talk about the things I keep in my gym bag. Like my purse, I make sure I have everything that I need. I usually go to the gym between work, meetings, or other business. So, I need to make sure that I am prepared. Everyone should know to stay hydrated. For me, I find myself drinking even more water when its from a cute bottle. Remember to try to stay away from plastic bottles.
There is nothing like knowing you’re doing what you can to help your muscles grow. Let’s grow that booty.
I am a sucker for Nike. I honestly should be a spokesperson because that is all that’s in my closet. Be sure to find some cute, and form fitting gym shoes.
Protein is important when it comes to growing your muscle. I always keep a protein bar on me. If I forget, they sell them at my gym.
Train like a beast, look like a beauty.
My yoga mat reminds me of the ocean. Besides yoga, I keep mine so that I do not have to be on the nasty floor when doing floor workouts.
These make the workout more intense. More gains love.
Weighted Jump Rope
If the weather is nice sometimes I like to do my cardio outside. So, I like to keep one with me.
Like I said, sometimes I workout in between important adulting, so I need to get cute after. I’m always prepared.
Think of Pre-workout like tequila for the gym. Enough said.
