Drink plenty of the water

I know you’re tired of this cliche advice, but trust me, it is super important! Did you know what our bodies are made of? Let me tell you! Up to 60% of the human adult body is water. Therefore, you need to be drinking water to keep your body healthy. No if, ands, or buts.

“Your skin routine is a bank account. Invest wisely.”    

No Smoking and large consumption of alcohol

So, I am not a smoker and not judgement to those who do. However, cigarets are very bad for your healthy and especially your skin. They age you faster. Alcohol, no matter how good it can be, can age you faster as well. I use to consume a lot of it in my early twenties. But once I start drinking less, my skin looks better than I ever thought it could. Just give it a try some time.

Being in the sun without SPF for a long time.

Now we all know how damaging too much sun can be for the skin. You want your skin to look youthful. Take the advice of older women, invest in your skin when you’re young, so that you can maintain your glow. Sun can be nice for selfies or giving your skin a nice little glow, but too much is dangerous.

Take care of yourself everyone. Make healthy habits, so that you can prolong your beauty.
