Spring Cleaning my Life

Spring is the time of Plans and Projects.

-Leo Tolstoy

Hey loves welcome back!

So, recently, I’ve been going through a lot of things that have caused me to take a fresh look at my life, and I’ve realized that I’m outgrowing a lot of people and things. I’ve done my fair share of drinking and partying, but I’m past that stage and want to enjoy life in ways that don’t require me to be inebriated. So, as I examined my routines more closely, I realized that it was past time for me to abandon them. Unfortunately, it will force me to let go of some people in my life, individuals I care about but didn’t see the need to let go of.

I realized I was investing a lot more effort into friendships and relationships than I was receiving in return. And it’s had a negative impact on my emotional and physical wellbeing. When you feel like you’re being used, it’s draining. As a result, I resolved to take some efforts toward reclaiming my genuine self. Starting with this to-do list for decluttering my life and regaining control of things.

Spring will come and so will happiness. Hold on. Life will get warmer.”

We know that spring is approaching because it is the season of growth and prosperity. As a result, there will be some unsettling adjustments that will necessitate the disposal of items. But being uncomfortable is a healthy thing, and I need to learn to embrace it.

“It was one of those days when the sun shines hot and the wind blows cold, when it is summering the light and Winter in the shade.”

-Charles Dickens

Spring is a time of transition and growth. Spring excites me; I enjoy everything about it except my allergies. Fall isn’t the only season for change, as I’ve discovered as I’ve grown older. I’m excited to see where this new chapter in my life takes me. Things are starting to bloom. I hope you all learn something from this post, whether it’s that you need to end all relationships, change your life, or at the very least find it interesting. I’m embarking on a new adventure, and I’m quite excited about it.

I will keep you guys updated on my journey and I also hope that you check out my most recent post, which is about the spring trends coming for the year 2020. See you guys in my next post!
