Workouts and fitness have always been a part of my life and the thing that kept me going was a really great playlist. I have a vision board with a section that represents what I want in life, and fitness is a huge part of that. Now find something that motivates you to go to the gym every day. It shouldn’t feel like something to check off on your checklist for the day, rather it should be fun. I’ve put together a playlist below that I’m updating constantly!
