As much as I enjoy the sun, we must take the necessary precautions to protect ourselves from its harmful effects. As a result, I like to take a bottle to apply to my skin in order to keep it healthy and radiant.

To Escape for a while
It’s easy to get dehydrated but especially when it is hot outside. I try to stray away from drinking anything but water when I am at the beach.

I just do not like chapped lips and along with keeping hydrated, I need to put something one them.
I like release things into my journal to the sounds of waves crashing into something. There’s something about being near water.
As much as I love sand, getting it off is a hassle. So I bring a towel to lay on.
I like to bring foods that aren’t too heavy but satisfy my hunger.
