The Origin Of Fear

The psychological condition of fear is divorced from any concrete and true immediate danger.

Welcome Back

Welcome back to the second part of this book. If you have missed the first post I will let you down below because you will need to start there in order to get what I’m talking about.  It just so happens that I am reading a book in January, which is my birthday month! Continuing to grow as a person begins with habit.

Fear Makes You Anxious

We all know with fear and anxiety is. And that plays at all in not living in the moment. You’re too busy being worried about what might or might not happen which causes your body to react. Your body may be in the present but your mind is in the future, which could be a dangerous thing. A lot of us get anxious about stuff that we shouldn’t even be worried about at the moment.

Fear in a Deeper Sense

“Fear seems to have many causes. Fear of loss, fear of failure, fear of being hurt, and so on, but ultimately all fear is the ego’s fear of death, of annihilation.” Many times, we are worried about the future because we are trying to escape from the present. Now, that I think about it, this is so true. In a lot of moments, you are the worst person for you to be around. Because you and your thoughts will make things worse.
