Hello and welcome to the world of healing. I’m sure you’ve come across some books that have really helped you on your journey, and I’d like to share three of mine with you. In this post, we’ll discuss why these books are so important for my healing journey and how they can help you too!

The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz

The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz is a book that helps you live your life with more harmony and happiness. The four agreements are:

The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle

This book is about mindfulness. The author, Eckhart Tolle, is a spiritual teacher who believes that living in the present moment is crucial for living a fulfilling life. He believes that it’s possible to be happy even when things aren’t going well. And that there are ways to heal yourself from negative emotions like anger, fear, and sadness.

The Power of Now is one of those books that has changed my life forever. It helped me understand how important it is not just to think. But feel my way through life instead of being guided by fear or anxiety all the time (which was often). This book has been recommended by many people who have read it themselves. So I would definitely recommend giving it a try!

Anything You Want by Derek Sivers

The book is called Anything You Want and it’s written by Derek Sivers.

Derek is an entrepreneur who has founded several companies, including CD Baby, which he sold for $22 million in 2008. He’s also a musician and founder of a nonprofit organization called Woodstock Festivals (which he sold to Michael Lang).

He talks about his life experiences as an entrepreneur. But he also provides practical advice for anyone who wants to start their own business or pursue their own passions in life. And he does so with a lighthearted tone that makes this book fun to read!

I really want to read these books. I think they could be a big part of my healing journey.
