My Birthday Workout

They say you lose your memory as you grow older. I say forget about the past and live life to the fullest today. Start with cake. Happy birthday.

Hey Loves and Welcome Back to Joi’s Journey of Perception.

Today was all about mentally preparing for tomorrow. Therefore, I decided to go workout as any weirdo would. I will also reveal my eating habits today. I will describe my gym routine as well as how I motivate myself.

This is gonna be my workout routine to get back to where I was before the holidays. We all know how the holidays consist of great comfort food and treats that are hard to say no to. So I did indulge a little bit. So my goal is to work out and get back to my healthy journey.

Breakfast

So starting out. For breakfast I had blueberry pancakes, turkey sausage, and Mexican scrambled eggs
I threw in the eggs for a little bit of protein 🍳 Then, you guessed it. water!

Lunch

For lunch I had a salad from Olive Garden.

Snack

For a snack I cheated and had chocolate chip cookies, because balance.

Dinner

I am ending the day with one of my favorite meals. Tacos.

Workout Routine

My workout routine did not change, why fix something that’s not broken? I did however up the reps. So I definitely will be feeling the pain tomorrow.
