The first Tip: Drink a Small Cup of Tea

I’ve finished my evening regimen now. regarding anything having to do with my skin. I’ll make sure to include the link below. But now, I want to talk about the real measures I take to get ready for a restful night’s sleep. I therefore sip on a cup of chamomile tea first. I’ve been drinking tea as a calming and relaxing habit ever since I was a young child. I didn’t consume a lot of honey; just a tiny bit.

Complete Darkness

Everyone has a different sleeping routine. Some people find the dark to be terrifying. It’s quite the contrary for me. I actually have trouble falling asleep until my room is pitch-black. Even though I adore the moon, I don’t want it to be able to peek through the curtain. There is no television at all, no nightlight, and no cell phone light. I prefer total darkness and total blackness so that my brain can rest from all the blue light.

The Perfect Teperature

Am I the only one who has trouble sleeping in extreme temperatures? I require the ideal temperature. a comfortable temperature that will allow me to curl up behind my blankets.

Last But not Least: White Noise

I listen to a bit white noise in order to relax. I love finding noises that doesn’t give my mind the opprtunity to worry about anything that I am lacking. Whether it is nature noises or meditations.
