Many of you are aware of how much I love to write. I am sure these hobbies arose from watching the television show “As told by Ginger”. Honestly, I don’t know what you are doing with your life if you are unaware of that show. But I write everywhere even on napkins. Partially because I’m proud of my handwriting and all of the world is so desperately trying to change into a technology-only planet. I’m going to use the skills that I work so desperately to grasp every day. So today I wanted to give you a few journal props that will cause you to think deeply.
Emotions
People are so desperately trying to make emotions seem like a bad thing. If they are a bad thing then we wouldn’t have them in the first place. So I feel like people should take the time to get in touch with their emotions instead of letting the bottle up. Remember there’s more than one emotion. Satans is not the only emotion. So below I’m going to list a few journal prompts for you to write. You can keep them to yourself or share them with someone that you truly trust. Most importantly it’s time to learn more about yourself. Remember, Joi‘s journey of perception is all about girls and perspective.
Think about it
Let me show you how writing out my emotions in a journal has helped me a lot. The vulnerability I can show you is something you may not realize if you haven’t already read my Sincerely Yours. I will link below.
Journal Questions
These journal questions I have answered in my private journal period they have help me through so much and help me understand my only emotions. So take some time to write.
- What mistakes haven’t you forgiven yourself on?
- What is something that you like about yourself that you wish other people would recognize more?
- What is something that you are proud of this year?
- What is some thing that you need to stop letting drain your energy?
- What is something that you fill your voice is being silent on?
- What are three things you’re proud of yourself for doing today?
- Make a list of 10 affirmations for you to repeat to yourself this week.
- Write a thank you letter to yourself five years ago.
