Pumpkin spice chai smoothie

Why would you want to drink a chai latte when you could just have a cup of regular old tea? Because it’s delicious! And if you’ve never had one, then this is your chance to try something new. If you’re feeling adventurous and want to try something different than your typical smoothies, then this recipe is for you. The pumpkin spice chai latte smoothie tastes just like fall in liquid form–it’s warm, rich and creamy with just enough spice kick from the cardamom pods or ground cloves that give chai its signature flavor profile that makes us crave more each time we drink one (or two).

The key ingredient here is pumpkin puree which gives this smoothie its bright yellow color while also adding body so there isn’t much need for added sweeteners like honey or maple syrup (although those can be added if desired).

Coffee and banana smoothie

This coffee and banana smoothie is the perfect way to start your day or fuel yourself before a workout. It’s healthy, easy to make, and delicious!

  • Healthy: The banana provides potassium and fiber while the coffee gives you an energy boost.
  • Easy: You can use frozen bananas if you don’t want to wait for them to ripen (or if they’re already ripe). If you want something more filling than water but less than milk or almond milk, try coconut water instead of plain H20 in this recipe–it’s nutritious too!
  • Good For Breakfast Or Snack Time: This is an excellent breakfast option because it contains protein from both eggs and Greek yogurt which helps keep hunger at bay until lunchtime rolls around again later today so don’t forget about this recipe when planning out tomorrow morning’s menu!!

Apple pie protein shake

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other non-dairy milk)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter or almond butter, softened at room temperature for 10 minutes (if using a drier peanut butter, add a few teaspoons of warm water until it reaches the right consistency)
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed meal or chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup or honey if you need more sweetness!

Pumpkin pie smoothie bowl

If you’re looking for a healthy alternative to pumpkin pie, this is it. The pumpkin puree gives it an undeniable fall flavor, and the spices give it that extra bit of kick. It’s also a great way to use up leftover pumpkin puree if you’ve been making butternut squash soup all week (which I have).

In addition to being delicious and nutritious, this smoothie bowl has some serious staying power: I was able to eat mine for breakfast yesterday morning, lunch yesterday afternoon and dinner last night!

These healthy fall recipes will keep you feeling full and energized all day long.
