Beginners workout routine
We all know that exercise is good for you. But sometimes, it’s hard to get started with a workout routine. That’s why we’re here! We’ve put together some simple tips for starting an exercise program if you are just getting into fitness or trying to start over after some time off from working out.

How to get started
- Start with a small amount of exercise. It’s important to start out slow and work your way up as you become stronger.
- Do something you enjoy. There are many different types of exercise that can help you get fit, but only if they’re enjoyable! Make sure to find an activity that fits your tastes and preferences so that it doesn’t feel like punishment when it comes time for your workout routine each day.
- Start with a small amount of time (and then slowly increase over time). When starting out on any fitness plan, make sure not to overdo it by setting yourself up for failure before even getting started! You might be surprised at how much better off this will make things down the road when trying out new exercises or routines–and even just getting into shape overall!

What to do
We all know that exercise is good for us, but what exactly is it? Well, it can be anything! Walking, jogging, cycling and swimming are all forms of exercise. Dancing is also a great way to get active. Whether you’re busting moves at home or at the gym with your friends. As long as you move around for at least 30 minutes at a time three times per week. Then you’re doing good!
There’s no need to join an expensive gym membership just yet. There are plenty of ways that beginners can build up their fitness levels without spending too much money on equipment or classes (unless they really want them). You could even start by walking around the block once per day. Before gradually increasing how far your walks take place each day. Until eventually, they’ve turned into runs! Or maybe try some yoga classes. Many gyms offer free introductory sessions so why not give them a go?

Why you should do it
You should do this workout routine because it’s good for your health. It can help you lose weight, feel better, sleep better, and even live longer.
- The more active you are during the day the more calories your body burns.
- Exercise improves circulation which helps with digestion and prevents constipation.
- Regular physical activity strengthens muscles and bones making them less likely to break or fracture in an injury (which means fewer trips to the doctor).
- When we exercise our bodies produce endorphins which make us feel happier!
Get started with a little bit of exercise every day.

Conclusion
There are many ways to get started with exercise, but it’s important to remember that the most important thing is just doing something. If you don’t feel like going outside today or can’t afford a gym membership right now. Then grab some dumbbells from your local hardware store and do some basic strength training at home.
