What eat in a day

To live a full life, you have to fill your stomach first.

Hey loves welcome back to Joi’s Journey off Perception.

Happy Friday loves. This post is about what I eat in a day, now don’t be mistaken. I do not eat the same thing all the time, so this just happens to be this day.

Breakfast

Omelette with tomatoes, spinach, red bell peppers, and onion.

I love to have protein to start off my day. I make sure to eat a fulfilling meal in order to have energy.

Snack

Fruit with peanut butter

Dear diet, things just aren’t looking good for the both of us. It’s not me, it’s you. You’re too much work. You’re boring and I can’t stop cheating on you.

Lunch

Chopped Salad with salmon no bacon

This meal is not too heavy but gives me enough energy before my workout after work.

Snack

Apple

I’d hate to lie on my deathbed and think: “I could have eaten that!”

Dinner

I just want someone to utter these three magic words to me: “I brought food.”
