The Karmic Detox

Karmic

The Karmic Detox is a process that helps you detox from the energy of your past, present, and future. It’s a way to release yourself from toxic relationships, habits, and thoughts so that you can live a life free of pain and suffering. You’ll learn how to track down the things in your life that make you unhappy. Identifying them as they happen so that you can remove them before they have time to harm you further.

Being in control of your energy.

Being in control of your energy is the key to a good karmic detox. The way we use our energy is what makes us who we are. And the more we can stay focused on being kind and generous with our resources, the better off everyone will be.

When you’re in a room full of stressed-out people trying to get through their day without losing their minds. They may not realize it but they’re going through an energetic detox as well. If you can help them out by being calm yourself. And helping others do so. You’ll be setting up an environment where everyone benefits from having less stress in their lives!

Don’t be afraid to block people from your life.

If you’re serious about this, it’s time to block people from your life.

You may not want to do this though, especially if they’re family or close friends. The only way around that is if they ask nicely and don’t annoy you anymore by sending messages or calling repeatedly (and even then). You can still see their posts on social media—just ignore them!

Block them on Facebook and Instagram if necessary. Block numbers that call too much. Delete old emails from people who have no business contacting you (or having any kind of relationship with you).

Learn how to trust yourself.

Trust yourself.

If you’re like me, then trust is something that’s been hard for you to earn. I’m a person who trusts very little in general—especially when it comes to my own intuition and gut feeling. When I was younger, this made sense. Because we are taught from birth how to be cautious and careful with our actions and words. As we get older and begin to make more mistakes in life. And especially at work. It becomes easier for us as adults not only to recognize our mistakes. But also learn from them so they don’t happen again!

But sometimes these lessons come too late or after the damage has already been done…

Your intuition is key.

If you’ve ever been to a psychic reading, then you know how it works: the psychic will tell you what they see in your future and how to fix it. This is a great way to get guidance from someone who knows more than yourself. Sometimes, this kind of advice can come across as judgmental or even offensive.

The key is knowing when your intuition is right and when it’s wrong. If something feels off or wrong about an idea that another person has shared with you (like if they’re saying something really personal), listen carefully before dismissing their comments outright. You may just find out something important!

You can detox your life the same way you detox your body – remove toxic relationships and habits that harm you, and find the things that make you happy.

You can detox your life the same way you detox your body – remove toxic relationships and habits that harm you, and find the things that make you happy.

I know it sounds like a lot of work, but trust me – if there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years, it’s that no matter how bad things get in life, if we keep working toward our goals with faith and determination (and a little help from our friends), they will eventually get better.

Personally

Now take a second to think about that because it’s much deeper than you think. Sometimes the most toxic things in our life are our behavior, the people we surround ourselves with, and our thoughts.

Ask yourself, when was the last time you reflected on the karma you have dealt with good or bad?

During the end of 2018 and up to this year, I have been doing a lot of thinking about my karma. I wanted to make sure my past was clear. I had to sit and think about all that has happen. I made sure I didn’t have any bad karma coming. Now I’m not saying that I am a perfect person but when I react to situations I tend to think about whether the results would lead to me having bad karma.

Karma is literally based on the idea of cause and effect. If you behave/ act one way, what happens to you would be based on that. As you grow older we should make sure to not leave things in a negative manner. They’re also coming a time when you have to cut off certain people who only bring you negative energy or negative karma.

Listen

There are going to be certain friends or even family that you have to cut off because they are stagnant in life. Instead of going with you, those people have to be left where they are in order for you to progress. those friends that always seem to be in drama and fights. Yea cut them off and watch your mood and life change.

As much as you want to keep certain people in your life, you need to ask yourself, do they deserve to be in your life? Are they causing me nothing but pain towards me? Are they bringing negative energy toward me?  You have to go through life thinking, what is best for you?

Conclusion

So, there you have it. These are some of the most important things that I learned about detoxing your life. And don’t be afraid to try something new! You might find that this process is much easier than you thought it would be. In fact, if nothing else comes out of this article (and I hope it does), then maybe my intentions were good enough. That is, to help others in their journey toward living a happier, healthier life by making sure they know what they need to do first before moving forward with any sort of drastic lifestyle changes.

As much as some people deserve to be reprimanded or treated with contempt. Because they treated you with contempt, you must ask yourself: Is it worth attracting bad karma to myself? Losing a job, not receiving money, or destroying a relationship are all examples of negative karma. You must thus pause and reflect at this time, something I am also learning to do. I’ve dealt with a lot of situations where people treated me poorly and only deserved my utmost scorn. My initial thinking was, “I want to harm them as they injured me.” But as I am always reminding myself, “what goes around comes around,”. I had to remember to be the bigger person and go on.

  1. I truly wasn’t aware about kermit detox but it is such a wonderful concept. It holds a lot of meaning and value especially in today’s day and age. Great work!
