My Thoughts on Roe vs Wade

There are many things happening around the globe right now, but the outcome of Roe v. Wade will definitely touch a nerve in some of you. Now, some of you may be avoiding the news since there has been so much going on lately that it is affecting the mental health of many people.

You should be interested, you may read more about my opinions about the case. I can assure you that there is a lot, and I anticipate that many of you will agree. Be sure you’re subscribed so you don’t miss anything I post. I cover other topics like these in other posts with a light heart.

What Happened?

I thought I would express how I feel now that you know a little bit about what has been going on. It goes without saying that I dislike the way America is now being run as a nation. That hype does not match what the country stands for. They are making a lot of unneeded immediate decisions. Hence, the only groups being targeted are women and people of color, giving the impression that we are traveling back in time.

Much of it is related to what transpired in 2016 when Trump received a sizable majority of the vote. Trump forewarned us that the only people who will obey him are those who are illiterate and will do whatever he commands. And those folks simply followed the shepherd like sheep.

He then sat back and walked away. He also stated that he didn’t want the praise for his comments on removing women’s rights. And we all know that Trump enjoys taking credit for things. Those who are happy are those with nothing better to think or say. Women ought to be free to use their bodies any way they desire. There are already a large number of foster children who will never experience adoption.

However, a disproportionate number of people are worried about what others are doing with a child they do not want. Most abortions happen before the fetus has even started to grow. Abortion is necessary in other circumstances as well. Many people are unaware that women put their own lives in danger when they give birth to another kid. Miscarriages are another form of abortion that can be harmful to a woman’s health and well-being. We were just discussing how far this has come.

Here’s the thing

The new majority is worried about becoming the minority. This is the real reason for the push for this law and Jane Elliot spoke on this topic.

Roe vs Wade struck a nerve with me because it is a serious assault on our right to live in a free society. I hope this gives you a better perspective on the subject.

A Book to Read

My Questions

Why is a certain group afraid to be the minority?

What do people having abortions have to do with them?

Seriously, I thought church and state were separated

Why are women celebrating this?

What do you all think?
