[Recipe: Decadent Chocolate Lava Cake]

Ingredients:

4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 large eggs
2 egg yolks
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease and flour four 4-ounce ramekins.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate and butter in 30-second intervals until smooth. Stir in the powdered sugar until well combined.
Stir in the eggs and egg yolks until smooth. Fold in the flour until fully incorporated.
Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 12-14 minutes until the sides are firm but the center is soft.
Let the cakes cool for 1 minute, then run a knife around the edges to loosen. Invert the cakes onto plates and serve immediately.
