“I don’t like defining myself. I just am.”
Hey Loves and welcome back to Joi’s Journey of Perception,
As you can see by this post, we are talking about all things Britney Spears. I have been a Britney fan since I could talk. I even had my sister dance to her music at one of my birthday parties. I’d like to say that at a young age, I was aware of what they were doing to her and scared. But what could I do at a young age? It pissed me off at her interview with Diane Sawyer.
A list of people I’m upset at:
Jamie Lynn Spears,
“Love is love! People should be able to do whatever makes them happy!”

Why I’m angry
They were exploiting Britney. Once she became famous, everyone turned on her. When they say money is the root of all evil… Chile. People either turn on you or used and abuse you for your money. Her music was literally her cry for help.
Life on this Earth is short and she will never get that time back. She is in a conservatorship that tells her she doesn’t have a right to the money that SHE earned. Yet her family is thriving. This is abuse.
What is it?
Conservatorship is a legal status to which a court appoints a person to manage an incapacitated or incompetent individual’s or minor’s financial affairs. Such a person may also serve as a guardian, who is responsible for establishing and monitoring the physical care of the individual, and managing their living arrangements. In some states, such as California, both roles are called conservatorship, with the guardian role termed “conservator of the person” and the financial role called “conservator of the estate.”
“I would like to stop worrying so much because I worry all the time. And to learn how to be happier, just in general. I have to learn to take things not so seriously. And to stop biting my nails!… Recording music has helped take my mind off certain things. For me, my music is therapy.”

Imagine not liking what you do anymore because someone took advantage of you. She is tired and I feel for her. Who can she really trust anymore? Not her family.
#FreeBritney. She deserves to enjoy the rest of her life and start the family that she wants. Let her share her story and be surrounded by people who are genuinely there for her. We love you Britney and we will help you however we can. Lastly, I have created a playlist of my favorite songs of hers. Be sure to like, comment, share, and follow.

Lots of pings in that audio 😅
But yes, I do think Britney is being exploited and treated like a robot. She can clearly advocate for herself, has children and is functioning like all of us so why on earth is a grown woman being controlled by others? This is sick!
