A Birthday is a new beginning –
A birthday is the first day of another lovely year,
A year of new tomorrows that is shining, bright and clear,
A year of possibilities as endless as the sky, and a chance to meet the challenges in everything you try.

What’s Up, Everyone!

Today is my birthday! Yes, another year. I am now 26 years young . I guess you can say that the 30s are nearing and I should be adulting right. WRONG! I am still as confused as ever. I do still have much growing to do, but I have also learned so much in my years on this Earth. I wanted to share a few with you!
I think time is a social construct, so with me being another year, does not necessarily represent who I should be as a person. Although, I am hard on myself, because I do not think that I am where I need to be in life, I would like to take time to applaud myself on how far I have come.
With us being in a pandemic, I wasn’t able to really do anything that I wanted to do for my birthday, like travel. But that will not stop me from being appreciative for another year. So, these are the things that I have learned in Chapter 25 of my life.
