My Favorite Meal After the Gym

My favorite meal after the gym and how to make it

I love cooking and I also love eating. When I’m feeling tired or sore after a workout, nothing hits the spot like a big, warm meal. This recipe is my workout meal favorite because it’s easy to make and tastes delicious. It’s perfect for those days when you’re just too exhausted to cook anything but still want something tasty.

You need to cook some eggs, mushrooms, and ham and put them together in a warm tortilla.

  • Heat up the tortilla in a warm oven for about 15 minutes.
  • Cook some eggs, mushrooms, and ham together on a pan and put them together into your tortilla with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Add your favorite kind of cheese on top!

Add salt, pepper, and some garlic powder

Now that you’ve got the basics down, it’s time to add salt, pepper, and garlic powder. These are all good for your body and will help you recover from your workout. They also give your meal some flavor!

Then fold it in half again so that it is a quarter moon. This will give you the shape to use when you are rolling out your burrito.

Put it in the oven for 10-15 mins at 400 degrees

Throw it in the oven for 10-15 mins at 400 degrees and then check to see if it’s done. If you want it well done, keep baking until the cheese is browning.

If you’re a beginner or just not very good at cooking, put some paper towels on top of your pizza so that any oil drips off easily when you pull it out of the oven.

Enjoy!

  • Enjoy!
  • Eat with a fork, knife, or chopsticks. It’s good either way.
  • It’s tasty, nutritious, and easy to make. Just remember to eat it at room temperature so that all the flavors come together and don’t get mixed up (like in my first attempt). If you can’t wait for it to cool down then just add some hot sauce on top of your food.
  • You can also add other things like chopped vegetables or fruit if that’s what you’re into doing with your food (it is optional).
