So much has happened in my life recently. Many of my problems have been caused by me, which has resulted in almost ruining my life. I always tell you to learn from my mistakes because I believe it will spare you a lot of trouble and pain. Today I’d want to discuss self-sabotage. Because that is exactly what I am currently provoking. So, if you want to learn more about it, stay tuned, and I’ll subscribe to you below so you don’t miss any future posts like this.
What is Self Sabotage?
Self-sabotage undermines your success despite your own wishes, dreams, or values. It often stems from low self-esteem, negative self-talk, and related negative emotions, which are continually reinforced by the resulting failure.

My thoughts
In my experience, I’ve recently recognized that I’ve been destroying what may be a fantastic opportunity. I’m actively working on my recovery right now. Many people, I believe, are afraid of being hurt again, or they are on an ego trip. It all depends on the individual’s circumstances. I’ve noticed that a lot of hurt people are attempting to love these days. The sad issue is that they are injuring others in the process.
I think I’m ruining something that makes me happy. I’m sure a lot of people can relate. There are so many parallels in healing and I think it’s taking a while for me.

Healing your inner child and talking through your triggers are excellent places to start. So far, the first stage has been to avoid evading accountability and being afraid of taking risks. Your conscious mind usually understands your conduct, but your subconscious mind is still trapped on the trauma.
In the end, I’m a work in progress and I hope I haven’t messed up things. Let me know I. The comments your opinion on self sabotage. Be sure to subscribe as well. Share this with a friend! See you on the next post.
We’re all works in progress, I think. I saw myself in a lot of this…thank you for posting this.
