Hey loves welcome back to Joi’s Journey of Perception,

You already know what time it is. This week is about skin. It’s time to get that skin healthy and glowing as it should be. Below I will list 5 foods for the perfect glow. What you are putting in your body, is just as important as what you’re putting on your skin.

Nuts

The right amount of nuts consist of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids which can help your skin glow. Vitamin E is what is doing the work.

Broccoli

Broccoli is a great source of Vitamin A and Vitamin C. This will keep your skin from looking dry and dull.

Green Tea

This is sort of obvious. So you’re clearly drinking water when drinking tea. But on top of that, “Green tea also improved the moisture, roughness, thickness, and elasticity of their skin”. I love tea, I actually prefer it over coffee. Try tea with honey.

Kiwi

Now, kiwi is one of my favorite fruits. Kiwi is known to help keep your skin hydrated and provides vitamin c.

It is good to take care of your canvas, that way your makeup has something great to go on. A nice skincare routine can be relaxing and the best part of your day.
